Braden dislikes the typical lawyer who makes a bio about himself but feels compelled to provide something to fill this space. Braden worked for a significant personal injury firm straight out of law school, bringing hundreds of cases to resolution. As his experience on the Plaintiff's side developed, Braden still felt he was missing something. So, he jumped ship to gain defense experience. During this time, he worked for a civil defense litigation firm and then went to an in-house position at a major insurance company. During that time, Braden learned how insurance companies and defense attorneys strategize the defense of a personal injury matter. Then, Braden flipped the script and returned to Plaintiff’s work, bringing his experience from the defense side, which continues to better his practice as a personal injury attorney. Braden has experience in all facets of litigation, including depositions, discovery, motion practice, arbitrations, and jury trials on behalf of his injured clients. Braden is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Before obtaining his licenses, Braden graduated from Widener University – Delaware Law School, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and served as the school’s Department Chair for the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Braden resides in Philadelphia and is constantly disappointed by Philadelphia sports teams.
